Novou administraci Wordpressu nenavrhoval nikdo jiný než špičkové studio Happy Cog, které stojí např. za časopisem A List Apart. Administrace je sice v něčem lepší než můj původní WP Tiger, leč některé části bych raději neměnil.

Wordpress, jak si jej stáhnete, většinou potřebuje řadu úprav. Jednak nainstalovat český jazyk, jednak upravit kódování (ve wp-db.php) a jednal přidat pluginy a témata. Jelikož instaluji WP jeden za druhým, připravil jsem si instalaci se vším potřebným (viz níže). Tu nabízím ke stažení

Nová verze blogovacího systémů WordPress je na světě. Včera zveřejněný WordPress 2.6 Tyner opravuje téměř 200 chyb a přidává nové funkce. Můžete např. sledovat změny v publikovaných spotech (a vracet je zpět), prohlížet si změněný vzhled blogu před jeho zveřejněním, nechat si spočítat počet slov ve spotu atd. Na některých webech, kde mám předchozí verzi WordPress 2.5, asi udělám o víkendu upgrade.
Takže jestli chcete, stahujte WordPress.
